Singaporeans worry about reprisal after polls

SINGAPORE: With only a day left to polling, one main concern on the minds of Singaporeans is whether their vote is secret.
At almost every opposition rally, candidates tell Singaporeans to shed their fear and not be afraid to vote for the party of their choice.
Some Singaporeans fear that as ballot papers are numbered, the PAP government could trace their votes.
They are also afraid that they or their children would be penalised when applying for jobs or scholarships if the government found out they had voted for the opposition. Full story
