Singapore's Lee Kuan Yew ends "low profile" visit to Taiwan

Singapore, March 31 (CNA) Singapore statesman and former Prime Minister Lee Kuan Yew returned home Thursday after a four-day private visit to Taiwan, during which he met with President Ma Ying-jeou and other "old friends," official sources said.
Lee, 87, was accompanied by his daughter Lee Wei Ling, director of Singapore's National Neuroscience Institute, during the "extremely low profile" trip, according to the sources. Full story
