Singapore helps Philippines develop PPP airport project

MANILA, Philippines—Singapore is sharing its expertise in public-private partnerships (PPP) with the Philippines to accelerate the latter’s infrastructure development and help attract private-sector investment.
The Singapore Cooperation Enterprise (SCE), an agency formed by ministries of foreign affairs and trade and industry of Singapore, is lending PPP experts.
Temasek Foundation Singapore is pitching in with a grant of S$1.42 million while the government will contribute a counterpart fund of S$270,100 to the program. Full story
