HUNDREDS of Tiger Airways passengers could miss out on spending Easter with their families after the airline today cancelled two interstate flights out of Melbourne.
The cancellations came on the same day as revelations of serious safety concerns at the Singapore-based discount airline.
It was learned today that the Civil Aviation Safety Authority (CASA) last month issued Tiger with a show cause notice, believed to be centred on aircraft maintenance and pilot training standards. Full story
