Singapore Sends Forensic Experts To Assist Quake-Hit Christchurch

SINGAPORE, March 2 (Bernama) -- New Zealand authorities have accepted Singapore's offer of a five-man Disaster Victim Identification (DVI) team to assist in forensic work to identify victims killed in the recent Christchurch earthquake.
The DVI team departed Singapore on Tuesday and arrived in Christchurch Wednesday morning, the authorities said in a statement here. Full story
