Singapore Says Local Radiation Levels Normal

The Singapore government said on Friday that the local radiation levels stayed normal.
The National Environment Agency said the average level in the city state, about 5,000 km away from Japan's Fukushima, stays at about 0.1 microsievert per hour, adding that there is minimal risk of Singapore being affected by the radiation leak in Japan.
The agency said it was closely tracking the impact of the Fukushima nuclear incident. Full story
