Singapore Retail Sales Growth Slows More Than Forecast

(RTTNews) - Singapore's retail sales growth eased more than expected in January as high cost of certificate of entitlement (COE) pulled down auto sales.
Sales rose 2.9 percent year-on-year in January, slower than 3.2 percent rise in December, the Department of Statistics said Tuesday. The outcome was also weaker than the 3 percent growth forecast by economists. Full story
