Consumers and information security professionals alike are the dual targets for security education in Singapore.The two groups have equal needs for staying current with the latest threats and solutions, says KK Lim, secretary of the Association of Information Security Professionals.
"The consumer needs to be aware of the latest trends and scams out there," Lim says. "The security professionals themselves really need to know what role security needs to play in the business world. They must know that security is a cost to business, so they must be part of the team that understands what role security plays to help promote the business." Full story
