SINGAPORE, Feb. 18 (Xinhua) -- Visiting Chinese State Councilor and Minister of Public Security Meng Jianzhu and Singapore Home Affairs Minister K. Shanmugam signed a memorandum of understanding on Friday, vowing to boost cooperation in fighting cross-border crimes.
