Singapore High Court increases jail term of 'quack' doc from India

SINGAPORE: A Singapore court has increased the jail term of an Indian doctor from one week to three months for practising medicine without a certificate, a media report has said.
The Singapore High Court increased the jail term on an appeal by a local prosecutor who argued that the sentence was not in line with those handed down in the past. Full story
