Macau’s Public Administration and Civil Service Bureau (SAFP) and Singapore’s Civil Service College (CSC) yesterday signed an agreement to strengthen cooperation between the two regions.The deal revamps an earlier agreement signed in October 2000, in which Singapore offered to provide human resources consultancy and training services to SAFP.
