A dedicated microsite (www.reach.gov.sg/ndrsg) will go “live” on 27 August 2010 to provide a one-stop portal for net-savvy and overseas Singaporeans to access the latest NDR Speech updates, catch the live webcast of PM’s speech on 29 August and engage in discussion on issues raised during the NDR through the discussion forum.
To promote community moderation, contributors’ postings with more “Likes” will be ranked higher and be more prominently placed, instead of the typical chronological sequence for discussion threads. Full story
