Royal Dutch Shell Plc flared gases at its Pulau Bukom plant in Singapore yesterday because production was disrupted at a process unit, the company said.“The flare system at Shell’s Pulau Bukom manufacturing site was activated in the afternoon of Aug. 3 due to an unplanned disruption to a process unit,” the company said in a statement e-mailed in Singapore.
