SINGAPORE, June 2 (Xinhua) -- Singapore's cases of hand-foot- mouth disease (HFMD) crossed the epidemic level of 679 to hit 706 last week, local media reported on Wednesday.The country's health ministry said the two seasonal peaks are usually between March and May, as well as between October and November.
