MACAU (Dow Jones)--All phases of Las Vegas Sands Corp.'s (LVS) Marina Bay Sands project in Singapore will be completed by the first quarter of 2011, a company executive said Tuesday.Marina Bay Sands Chief Executive Thomas Arasi said the casino resort, which opened its doors with its first phase on April 27, has seen a good balance from mass market gamblers and high-rollers so far.
