Singapore to spend S$1.1b on infocomm tenders

SINGAPORE: The Singapore government announced today that it plans to invest S$1.1 billion (RM2.5 billion) on new information and communication tenders in this fiscal year.
This announcement was made today by Ronnie Tay, chief executive officer of the Infocomm Development Authority of Singapore (IDA), the authority said in a statement.
IDA said this was consistent with past years’ procurement trends, with the actual procurement in 2009 being S$1.12 billion. Full Story
