Singapore Focuses On Manufacturing For Next Growth Phase

Singapore aims to retain a globally competitive manufacturing sector which will form between 20 and 25 per cent of the economy.
To achieve this, Singapore has to deepen its manufacturing capabilities in existing and new areas, foster productivity-driven manufacturing growth and further the expansion of manufacturing industries into overseas markets, said DPM Teo Chee Hean. Full Story
