Indonesia saved Singapore from terrorist attack

May 19 (Bloomberg) -- An Indonesian terrorist killed last week was planning to attack a train station in Singapore’s main shopping district, the Straits Times reported, citing a senior Indonesian police investigator familiar with the matter.
Singapore’s Orchard train station was circled on a map of the city-state’s rail network found at the home of Ahmad Sayid Maulana, who was shot during a raid in East Jakarta on May 12, the newspaper said, citing the official, who spoke on condition of anonymity. Full Story
