International sales agent Fortissimo Films has joined forces with the Media Development of Authority of Singapore (MDA) to develop, finance and distribute a slate of films.First product via the new entity -- dubbed the MDA-Fortissimo Film Development Initiative -- is the Hong Kong/Singapore co-production "Camera." The noir thriller, helmed by James Leong, is in development and will start filming later this year.
