Singapore: More male workers quitting in their 50s

The labour movement in the city state of Singapore has discovered that more men are quitting their jobs in their 50s, years ahead of the state retirement age of 62.
Deputy secretary-general of the National Trade Union Congress (NTUC) Heng Chee How said that many seem to be taking it slow after starting to get their pension at age 55, though argued that many others may become self-employed or leave for family reasons. Full Story
