Singapore's one stop-shopping hub Mustafa Centre was ordered on Thursday to close its first floor for 40 hours to avoid over-crowding by shoppers for safety reasons.The Singapore Civil Defence Force won the order over safety concern of the shoppers and has closed its first floor from 4 pm today through to Saturday 8 am under a fire safety regulation.
