For the first time in Olympic history, the Singapore 2010 Youth Games Opening and Closing ceremonies will be held on the waterfront on the world's largest floating state, with a city skyline as the backdrop.The Games theme is "Blazing the Trail", and according to a press release the ceremonies will feature several novel elements that will add on to the rich Olympic tradition and will focus on the young Olympians and their hopes for the future.
