SINGAPORE (MindaNews/11 April) -- It took only about five minutes for Angelito Bar to shade the oval beside the names of his candidates, the length of the official ballot measuring 14 by 4.5 inches, notwithstanding.
The automated voting, using the precinct count optical scan machines (PCOS), is widely appreciated here by Filipino workers who trooped to the Philippine Embassy in 20 Nassim Road for the overseas absentee voting. Full Story
