SINGAPORE, Feb 23 (Bernama) -- The readership of Singapore's newspapers remained strong despite the multitude of news sources on the internet.Acting Minister for Information, Communications and the Arts Lui Tuck Yew said there were many reasons why this was so, and one key reason was that the mainstream media in Singapore had continued to remain a trusted news source.
"The mainstream media is accurate, timely and balanced in their reporting," he said in a written reply to questions raised in the ongoing Parliament sitting. Full Story
