Feb. 24, 2010 (China Knowledge) - Keppel Corp Ltd, which is one of Singapore's largest multinational groups, intends to build a large yacht club near Modao Island in Shenwan Town, Zhongshan, Guangdong Province.
At the end of last year, Keppel Land, a property arm of the Keppel Group, spent RMB 884 million to acquire a parcel in Shenyang, capital of Liaoning Province. On the 30.3-hectare site, the real estate subsidiary will build stores and around 6,000 residential units. Full Story
