SINGAPORE, Feb 26 (Bernama) -- The Singapore-registered tugboat which was hijacked with its chief engineer off Pulau Tioman on Feb 6 was found in Philippine waters on Thursday.
The twist is that the missing tugboat named "ASTA" was found with a new name "ROXY-I" but bearing the same IMO (International Maritime Organisation) registration number as ASTA. Full Story
