SINGAPORE: Close cooperation between Malaysia and Singapore grassroots leaders should be enhanced to create better understanding on issues involving both countries.
Pulai member of parliament Datuk Nur Jazlan Mohamed said informal discussions were more effective in tackling issues that could crop up.
