Singapore Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong said Monday the country's long-term growth rate is likely to average less than five percent annually over the next ten years as the economy matures further."Overall we must acknowledge that we are more developed economically than we were 10 or 15 years ago and we can no longer grow as rapidly as before," he told a forum organised by the Institute of Policy Studies, a local think tank.
