JOHOR BARU, Jan 23 — The state customs department has quashed concerns that hundreds of lorries were transporting sand from Johor to Singapore each day.On Thursday, it said that just 10 Malaysian lorries are involved in exporting sand via the Causeway every day — much less than recent statements that 500-700 lorries are doing so as they pass through the Wisma Kastam cargo checkpoint at Tanjung Puteri.
