Bangalore: India and Singapore will work together in setting up 14 innovation universities, according to the Minister for Human Resource Development Kapil Sibal. "Of the 14 innovation universities, one could be on the area of city development which will work on technology solutions for urban planning," Sibal told the Financial Chronicle.
