SINGAPORE, Dec 8 — Hiring momentum here is steadily picking up, according to the latest employment outlook survey by the Singapore arm of global human resource consultancy Manpower Inc, released yesterday.
The new year should bring job prospects that match pre-crisis levels, as the survey results show employers expect a third consecutive quarter of positive hiring.
