SINGAPORE, Dec 15 — Three Singapore think-tanks are on a list of 29 “research centres of excellence” in Asia that has been drawn up by the philanthropic Rockefeller Foundation.The trio are the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy, the Institute of Southeast Asian Studies (Iseas) and the Asia Research Institute (ARI).
