The Singapore Exchange Limited ( SGX) said on Friday that it is improving its clearing and settlement system for securities traded on the bourse.
These improvements, which will take effect on Nov. 6, will reduce the instances of failed trade and hence reduce the attendant penalties being imposed, an SGX statement said.
