HONG KONG (MarketWatch) -- Hong Kong-listed property developer Central China Real Estate Ltd. has received a $99 million investment from private-equity group FountainVest Partners, according to a report Thursday.
The deal is the first publicly announced by FountainVest Partners, which was co-founded by the former China investment team at Singapore's state-run investment firm Temasek Holdings Pte.
