URICH -(Dow Jones)- Switzerland and Singapore have concluded negotiations on extending administrative assistance in tax matters and have initialed a revised double taxation agreement, or DTA, the Swiss government said Monday. The DTA was negotiated in line with the parameters decided by the Federal Council. The DTA is in line with the standards set by the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development, or OECD.
