M1 started the ball rolling early this year, followed by StarHub. Now the largest telco operator in Singapore, SingTel, seems ready to leap into the prepaid mobile broadband fray. At least that seems to be the case, going by the Web site that is up.
Though there is currently no official news on its prepaid mobile broadband ambitions, we found a curious entry on SingTel's Web site that points to a page for checking on the expiry date for Prepaid Broadband on Mobile SIM cards. We are still awaiting an official response to our query from the telco, so stay tuned for more details.
