SINGAPORE, Aug. 27 (Xinhua) -- Singapore is setting up a committee to recognize the contributions of national servicemen (NSmen), the country's Ministry of Defense said on Thursday.
Some 18 recommendations were proposed to recognize the contributions of these NSmen.
