CITY DEVELOPMENTS, Singapore's second-biggest home builder, posted its fifth straight earnings decline as demand for its hotel rooms dropped amid the global recession.
Net income fell 15 per cent, to $S140 million ($116 million), or 14.7c a share, in the three months to June 30, from $S165.2 million, or 17.3c a share, a year earlier, the company told the Singapore stock exchange.
