SINGAPORE, Aug 6 (Reuters) - It is too early to say Singapore is seeing a strong, sustained economic recovery, the country's trade minister Lim Hng Kiang said on Thursday.
'The volatility in our exports suggests that it is premature to assume that Singapore's exports have stabilised, and the labour market outlook has yet to improve,' Lim told an investment seminar.
