Aug. 31 (Bloomberg) -- Och-Ziff Capital Management Group LLC, Government of Singapore Investment Corp. and China Life Asset Management Co. will invest in Sinopharm Group Co.’s initial public offering, two people with knowledge of the matter said.
Jennifer Lewis, a spokeswoman for GIC in Singapore, declined to comment, as did a China Life Asset Management spokeswoman who asked not to be identified. Zoltan Varga, head of Asia at Och-Ziff, wasn’t immediately available for comment.
