One of the most intriguing questions, and I suspect that would be of interest to the political parties out there is what exactly goes through the mind of a voter when he is at the polling station filling in his voting slip?
Different voters have different socio-economic backgrounds, and have different interests. Their expectations may differ. Some of the interesting questions when we examine the mind of a voter is to what degree he is influenced by election carrots in the form of cash handouts and upgrading.
