North Korean ship suspected of carrying weapons heading back home?

Remember that North Korean ship called the Kang Nam being shadowed by a U.S. Navy destroyer, under the new U.N. sanctions that bar Pyongyang from exporting weapons? It appears it has changed course (confirmed) and may be heading home (speculated). The ship was originally reportedly headed for Myanmar, a renegade country in their own right, long suspected of buying North Korean arms.
