AMP Capital Pulling Out Of Spore Property Market

ONE of Australia's largest institutional investors, AMP Capital Investors, has put its $S300million ($257m) portfolio of Singapore industrial properties on the market, according to industry sources.
AMP is understood to have appointed an investment bank to market the assets.
However, industry analysts said various agents had been sounding out prospective buyers since early this year.
