SingTel cuts CEO’s pay after drop in profit

SINGAPORE: Singapore Telecommunications Ltd (SingTel) cut chief executive officer Chua Sock Koong’s pay by 5.3 per cent last financial year, after profit fell.
Chua, 51, earned S$3.38 million (S$1 = RM2.42) in the year ended March 31, with base pay of S$1.35 million and a bonus of S$1.95 million, the company said in its annual report, released yesterday.
