SINGAPORE, June 24 – Hyflux Ltd (Hyflux), a global integrated environmental solutions company listed on the Singapore Stock Exchange, today announced that it will develop two seawater desalination plants in Libya.
In a statement, the company said it had entered into a Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) with General Desalination Company (GDC), the commercial arm of the Libyan Ministry of Utilities.
