SINGAPORE, June 22 (Reuters) - Singapore's Neptune Orient Lines (NOL) (NEPS.SI), the world's seventh-biggest container shipper, said on Monday it carried 21 percent fewer containers in the four weeks to May 29 versus a year ago.
