Bandar Seri Begawan - A Group of 27 administrative officers from the Singapore Civil Service undertaking a foundation course training programme, visited Brunei over two days to understand Brunei's social context and governance in a bid to further improve bilateral relations between the two government agencies.
On the first day, the delegates visited Brunei's Economic Development Board (BEDB) to understand Brunei's economic structure. The following day, Senior Lecturer Dr Azaharaini Mohd Jamil from Universiti Brunei Darussalam's (UBD) Faculty of Business, Economics and Policy Studies, gave a presentation on the Challenges Facing Brunei in Governance, Economy and Society.
