SINGAPORE, May 3 (Xinhua) -- The Singapore government has announced three new measures aiming to develop Singapore's manpower capabilities, local media reported on Sunday.
According to local radio 938live, Singapore's Ministry of Manpower said that the measures will enable companies to cut costs, save jobs and build up capabilities for the future.
