Singapore Airlines has warned that increases in Air Passenger Duty will soon see the tax account for nearly a quarter of its fare price.
The increases were hitting it and other long-haul carriers and threatened to harm the British economy by discouraging leisure and business carriers, said UK general manager Joey Seow.
