LANGKAWI, May 7 (Bernama) -- AirAsia Bhd will soon introduce five more routes from Malaysia connecting Singapore, its group chief executive officer Datuk Seri Tony Fernandes said today.
Under the air liberalisation arrangements between Malaysia and Singapore, airlines of both countries can operate six new destinations, namely Ipoh, Kuala Terengganu, Kuantan, Melaka, Sandakan and Tawau.
This is on top of the Penang, Langkawi, Kuching and Kota Kinabalu routes, which were allowed previously.
